When you visit our Eden Valley Winery, Col will be your host to take you through your tasting.
FiHi. I look after these two boys, and it's a tough job, but someone has to do it. I'm a bit of a jack of all trades around here, so on my days off, I can be found in the office working on the website, doing the bookwork, marketing, and helping out in the vineyard and winery when and where I am needed. I look forward to welcoming you to our Cellar Door or hosting you for a long leisurely lunch.
Gus"Our beloved Gus" Gus, our Cellar Door meet-and-greet champion, joined the Flaxman team in November 2004. From that moment on, everyone who met him couldn’t help but love him. Sadly, after a brave battle with cancer, Gus is now at peace. He leaves an enormous hole in our hearts, and Flaxman feels a little emptier without his warm welcome and wagging tail. Thank you to everyone who shared in his journey – he truly was one of a kind.
ColI'm Col. A Builder turned winemaker who also happens to enjoy cooking too. I'm the lucky person who rarely feels like I go to work, and I guess when you are indulging your passions, how can it feel like work? As they say, luck favours the brave, and it was our bold leap of faith that has us living in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Come and say hi, and you will understand why I will never work another day in my life.
